Trend tour Brussels: A day full of inspiration, craftsmanship and discoveries

On 3 April, we took a group of passionate customers to Brussels for a new edition of our Ranson Trend Tour. Together, we explored the capital along a carefully planned route of twelve special locations – each with a distinct vision, a keen sense of quality and a heart for craftsmanship.

Among other things, we discovered the avant-garde patisserie of Pierre Marcolini, the innovative viennoiserie range of Fine Bakery, and the timeless elegance of Maison Wittamer. At Renard, we tasted the perfect balance between tradition and innovation, enjoyed the characterful sourdough bread at KHOBZ and were surprised by the creative signatures of Chez Martha, Grain, Nikolas Koulepis, Julien Othomene, Nicolas Arnaud, Ginkgo and Le Saint-Aulaye.

What made this day so special? The encounters. At each stop, we were given a unique glimpse behind the scenes, spoke with the makers themselves and shared insights about taste, techniques and trends. The conversations were personal, enriching and full of inspiration.

At Ranson, we strongly believe in the power of connection and experience. This trend tour is a great example of this: a day where we discover, taste, learn and grow together – with the aim of continuing to inspire our customers with the very best from the world of baking and patisserie.

Curious about the next edition? Keep an eye on our channels and experience what sets the tone for tomorrow.
