Werkwijze

  • Melt the callets in the hot water and add the miscela fondente
  • Mix everything well with a hand blender
  • Let rest and cake for at least 20 minutes before turning off in the ice cream maker
  • Marble the variegato brownies on/under the ice cream, decorate with pieces of brownie
