300 g 49484 - Pasta Pomegranate - Fructital

300 g 1792 - Joybase Premium Limone - Joygelato

900 g Sugar

25 g Shaved ginger

Chocolate with Rosemary & Lime

Ingredients

  • 1000 g Unica Zero Chocolate - Cresco
  • 1000 g Lime juice z.t.s.
  • 2000 g Milk
  • 50 g Rosemary (finely chopped)

Method

  • Mix the lime juice with the milk
  • Add the Unica Zero and mix well
  • Allow to ripen for 15' before turning off in the ice cream turbine
  • Take out half a tub of ice and sprinkle part of the finely chopped rosemary
  • Remove the rest of the ice cream and mix some more rosemary under the ice cream
  • Finish your creation with a few slices of lime and the rest of your rosemary
