Chocolate with Rosemary & Lime
Ingredients
- 1000 g Unica Zero Chocolate - Cresco
- 1000 g Lime juice z.t.s.
- 2000 g Milk
- 50 g Rosemary (finely chopped)
Method
- Mix the lime juice with the milk
- Add the Unica Zero and mix well
- Allow to ripen for 15' before turning off in the ice cream turbine
- Take out half a tub of ice and sprinkle part of the finely chopped rosemary
- Remove the rest of the ice cream and mix some more rosemary under the ice cream
- Finish your creation with a few slices of lime and the rest of your rosemary
