Melt 300 grams of milk chocolate with 50 grams of white chocolate and mix 190 grams of pistachio paste into the chocolate at 35°C. Next, mix 120 grams of kadayif into the chocolate-pistachio mixture. Fill the moulded chocolate mould and close it after the chocolate has hardened. Done!
