Supply Chain Planner - Brands - Harelbeke

As a Supply Chain Planner, you are responsible for ensuring that the right stock is available at the right location within our network, so that we can respond optimally to customer demand. You play a crucial role in coordinating between different departments and ensuring the efficient operation of our supply chain.

Your tasks

Demand planning and stock management

• Drawing up and maintaining expected demand by consolidating input from category management, sales and operational data.
• Evaluating order proposals and placing orders with suppliers.
• Managing transfer orders and balancing stock between warehouses.
• Monitoring stock rotations and initiating actions to prevent stock obsolescence and slow rotation.

Supplier and logistics management

• Closely monitoring deliveries and resolving any delivery or invoicing issues.
• Ensuring the correct implementation of new product creations.
• Working with transport and warehousing to align delivery and transfer plans with logistical capabilities.
• Monitoring delivery reliability and collaborating with category management and purchasing to implement improvements.

Operational support

• Collaborating with sales in the event of product shortages and customer allocations.
• Contributing to process improvements within the Brands unit.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of replenishment strategies and processes.

• Stock rotation and optimal stock levels.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Procurement & Category Management Brands.
